Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with fintech, banks, PSPs & merchants, and other ecosystem players to expand payment use cases.
Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Analyze customer data to identify high-value segments and tailor payment solutions to meet their needs.
Pricing & Monetization: Design competitive pricing models for payment products and services to maximize profitability while ensuring market competitiveness.
Sales Enablement: Support sales teams with tools, training, and insights to drive adoption of DFS payment solutions.
Emerging Technologies: Explore and pilot innovative technologies (e.g., QR payments, NFC, blockchain, AI-driven fraud detection) to enhance payment experiences.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor moves in the digital payments space.
Bench-marking: Regularly assess performance against industry benchmarks and best practices to identify areas for improvement.
Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all payment innovations comply with local and international financial regulations.
Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, IT, and finance to ensure smooth delivery and support of payment products.
