DFS Manager – Products Design

Job Description

Collaboratively work on products ideation & concept development drive the generation of innovative product ideas by analysing customer insights, market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging fintech technologies to identify gaps and opportunities.

Develop end-to-end product designs translate business needs into clear product concepts, workflows, and user journeys, ensuring all solutions are intuitive, scalable, and aligned to the bank’s digital strategy.

Create & own product requirements documentation prepare comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories for development teams, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate cross-functional product development work closely with it, operations, risk and compliance, marketing, and external partners to ensure efficient and timely development, testing, and deployment of new digital financial products.

Oversee UI/UX alignment and customer experience design collaborate with designers to ensure product interfaces and interactions deliver exceptional customer experience and follow best practices for accessibility, usability, and consistency.

Collaboratively work with quality assurance lead in running system and user acceptance tests (SIT & UATs), development of test cases, validation of solution performance, and ensure successful resolution of defects before product launch.

Monitor products performance & continuous improvement while tracking key product metrics, customer feedback, and operational efficiency, and drive enhancements or pivots to improve adoption, revenue, and overall customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with regulatory & risk requirements, collaborate with risk and compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure all product designs meet regulatory guidelines, security standards, and risk mitigation measures.

Support go-to-market strategy & product launch activities work with marketing and business teams to define product value propositions, pricing models, customer segments, and communication strategies for successful market rollout.

Provide leadership & capacity building to junior team members, promote a culture of innovation, and contribute to building strong internal capabilities in product design and digital service delivery.
