Josina Peter Njambi, FCCA is an accomplished banking and digital transformation executive with over 19 years of experience spanning finance, technology, innovation, and strategic leadership.
She currently serves as Head of Digital Financial Services at KCB Bank Tanzania, where she leads the bank’s digital growth agenda, customer-centric innovation initiatives, and financial inclusion strategy.
Prior to joining KCB in July 2026, Josina spent 12 years at NMB Bank Plc, most recently serving as Head of Innovation and Development. In this role, she spearheaded the bank’s innovation and digital transformation agenda, driving the adoption of emerging technologies and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
A Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), Josina holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation, Leadership and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management.
