KCB Bank Tanzania has officially launched ZED 360, an innovative digital solution designed to transform school fees collection, reconciliation and financial management for learning institutions.
The launch marks another milestone in the Bank’s digital transformation journey and demonstrates KCB’s commitment to using technology with purpose to deliver customer-centric solutions that create sustainable value.
ZED 360 addresses key challenges faced by schools, including manual reconciliation, collection tracking, record-keeping and limited access to timely financial information. By digitizing these processes, the platform enables schools to improve efficiency, transparency and accountability, while supporting better financial decision-making.
The solution also enhances convenience for parents and guardians, who can receive invoices and make secure payments through KCB branches, KCB Mobile App, KCB Agents and Mixx by Yas Agents.
Prior to the launch, ZED 360 was successfully piloted in partnership with Marian Schools, whose collaboration helped KCB Bank refine the solution around real operational needs.
Speaking at the launch, KCB Bank Tanzania Managing Director, Cosmas Kimario reaffirmed the Bank’s commitment to leveraging technology to simplify customers’ daily operations.
“Through ZED 360, schools will gain greater transparency in revenue management, eliminate reliance on manual processes, and make informed decisions using accurate, real-time data. The platform is designed to improve efficiency and enhance accountability within learning institutions.”
The solution supports KCB’s broader strategy of leveraging digital innovation, financial inclusion and responsible business practices to strengthen key sectors such as education.
With the successful pilot and official launch, KCB Bank Tanzania is now encouraging learning institutions across the country to adopt ZED 360 and join the journey towards efficient, transparent and digitally enabled learning ecosystem.
